My Process
The process of planning a trip with me starts with a complimentary 15 min. introductory call, Zoom, or in-person meeting at my office. During that initial call we will discuss the services you desire and my fees. If you choose to hire me, I will proceed with the discovery phase of learning your travel preferences.
The fees will vary by the type of service provided. Keep in mind that I assist you before your trip, during your trip, as well as debrief after you have traveled. By choosing to work with me, you will have access to Virtuoso amenities at the top luxury resorts in the world. It is difficult to VIP yourself however as my client it will be granted along with other promotions and amenities you could not receive by booking direct.
My Concierge Fee Structure is as follows:

$125 per single, $150 per couple, $250 per family

$175 per hour (Booking Fee is included)
Domestic Flight Ticketing Fee

Italy
Our trip to Florence and Tuscany was fabulous and everything that Julie helped us with was top shelf. Our accommodations in Florence were excellent and our transportation drivers were on time and courteous. We did have a small glitch when we arrived in Rome mostly due to the language differences, but it eventually worked out. Our villa was amazing and the views were incredible - we loved it. I will note that the villa is located directly on a road (which was not noted or shown in the online infor- mation we reviewed prior to renting) and traffic could be heard driving by, both inside and outside of the villa. If recommending to others, I would definitely let them know this. Overall, it was a fabulous trip and we were very satisfied.

Domincan Republic
Wonderful trip and Julie did an excellent job planning and arranging all the details. The resort was beautiful! We spent a TON of time at the Seaside grill which had wonderful food. We also dined at the Hibachi and French restaurants and they were wonderful (never made it to the Italian restaurant). Again, we had a WONDERFUL TIME and appreciate Julie and her hard work in making this a memorable trip for everyone!

Italy Trip
Julie helped me with a recent trip to Italy. She booked some portions of the trip for me and I booked others myself.
